ARC REVIEW: “Of Fire and Sacrifice” by Marianne A. Scott
Despite being a princess, Devorah’s life is anything but cruisy. As the heir apparent to the throne of the Summer Court, she has to deal with a lot - she’s basically running the Court as her mother is unwell. The Queen is fading, sort of like the fae version of dementia, and it’s causing issues as Devorah tries to hide her mother’s illness from the other power-hungry fae leaders. When her mother finally passes away, she’s hit with a stipulation to succeed - she needs to marry

ARC REVIEW: "The Lies Always Told" by Ambar Cordova
Once again, Ambar has delivered a heart wrenching touchdown of a book. I haven’t cried so much throughout the entirety of a book for a while. I cried (a lot) and laughed, kicked my feet with excitement, and grumbled in frustration (because if you’re not frustrated with some characters’ antics is there tension at all? haha) - it really was a rollercoaster. A lot of it hit super close to home and it was emotional.

ARC REVIEW: “The Enchanted Isles” by Alycia E. Anderson
This was such an interesting concept. Of course the concept of the adventure to mythical lands isn’t new but I really loved this one. Vivienne was a great main character - she was reluctant and not at all prepared, and that made her so relatable. She had skills, she’d been studying for her whole life but she wasn’t ready at all for an adventure, especially one that was so important.

ARC REVIEW: “The Artist and the Dragon” by Megan van Dyke
I loved the first book in this duology, but this one rounded it all up perfectly and I ADORED IT! I love me a grumpy FMC and Bronwyn fit that position wonderfully. She gave the outside impression that she totally DGAF - inside of course she cares a lot and the outside grumpiness is her coping mechanism as she definitely doesn’t like ‘society’ - as a bit of a socially awkward girlie myself, I get that pain.

ARC REVIEW: “Every Wave After” by Kristi Ayers
Ooof… that was emotional - a rollercoaster, or a rolling wave, whatever… it was emotional. That feeling of having your heart shattered, then mended, then shattered again… it stays with you. But everything that is meant to be will be in the end. I loved this story, it was emotional, and beautiful.

ARC REVIEW: “The South Wind” by Alexandria Warwick
This felt a bit like a swashbuckling adventure on the desert sands rather than water. I loved that there was already an established relationship - broken and rocky as it was - between Sarai and Notus. It made it different from the other two stories in this series so far. Watching them rediscover their friendship and love was so beautiful.

ARC REVIEW: “Three Pucks and a Baby” by Katie Ashley
This was a very enjoyable read. All three guys were hilarious and gorgeous - I loved their dynamic, with each other, and with Vivian. She protested and hesitated about as much as I would I think … that confusion she has about the whole thing, and the way she always wonders how things will look or what others will think, it’s so real. But honestly, being worshipped like that has its appeal.

ARC REVIEW: “The Venom we Bleed” by Lucy Smoke
This was - in a word - intense. In a good way, of course.

ARC REVIEW: “The Rebel and the Captive” by Kris K. Haines
My ARC review of "The Rebel and the Captive" by Kris K. Haines

REVIEW: “Broken Deal” by Yinn Quiros
Lorenzo and Sophia are EVERYTHING! I thoroughly enjoyed their banter.

REVIEW: “Silver Fox” by Stevie Sparks
It had the things we like to hear - all the "Good Girl”s, “My Girl”s, and “Yes sir”s. Along with a really compelling story. I loved it!

ARC REVIEW: “Of Fate and Nightmares” by Marianne Grey
As I loved the first of this series so much I was over the moon to read the second one.

ARC REVIEW: “Midnight Gate” by S. K. Stapar
ARC review of S. K. Staper's "Midnight Gate"

REVIEW: “When Secrets Beckon” by Lauren Searson-Patrick
This story had me hooked from the moment I started, until the end. I recommend this book 100%. Definitely a must read!
